Pumpkin Spiced Heaven in a Cup!
Happy official day of Fall y’all! It’s the first day of fall as I’m typing this and tis the season to embrace all the pumpkin spiced goodness. There are so many iced coffee recipes going around lately so I thought I’d share mine. This iced Pumpkin Spice dirty chai tea latte has been the drink I’ve been making over and over again. Can’t stop, won’t stop. This would probably be close to $7 or $8 at Starbucks so making this at home is a no-brainer. I watched a lot of coffee videos before coming up with this little concoction. It seems like there are many ways to make the beloved Starbucks pumpkin cold foam. I played around with the ingredients I had on hand and this is what I came up with and it’s pretty darn close to the original! I hope you give it a try. This has been my afternoon pick me up for the past couple weeks, it’s so good!
What you’ll need to make this iced pumpkin spice dirty chai latte:
- Milk – You can use whatever milk you like best, Personally I prefer oat milk for this recipe because it is so creamy and a great option if you’re dairy free!
- Coffee Creamer – I’m using a sweet cream dairy free creamer, I have also used a Pumpkin spice flavored creamer and it was soooo good!
- Spiced Chai tea concentrate – I’m using the one from Trader Joe’s.
- Pumpkin puree
- Pumpkin spice syrup – This is the one I’m using: Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- Espresso – I’m using Bustelo ground espresso, If you are grinding your own beans, I would recommend this one by Lavazza. It’s good! Note: If you don’t have an espresso maker, you can use a cup of very strongly brewed coffee. I have this little espresso maker-it’s super cute and affordable and it does a great job.
- Ice
- Hand held frother

How to make it:
- Fill a large mason jar or your favorite iced coffee cup (20 oz or bigger) about 2/3 full of ice.
- Add 1 cup Oat milk or milk of choice.

- Pour the coffee creamer and syrup in a separate cup and froth until doubled.
- Add 1 Tbs of pumpkin puree to the frothed creamer and froth until incorporated.
- Pour your pumpkin cold foam over the top of your drink, add a straw and enjoy your pumpkin spiced heaven!
